Shipping

 

Falsiesbymb will send out an email confirmation once the order has been received. Please allow 1-2 days processing time for your order to ship. 

 

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has been shipped. Once delivery confirmation becomes available, Falsies by MB is no longer liable for any lost, stolen or misplaced packages. 

The purchaser is responsible to provide an accurate address and contact information. 

 

We are not responsible for any additional custom charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiver.  

 

 

Return 

 

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If the item you receive is damage in shipment or defective, you must contact us within 5 days to open a claim. Please email us at info@falsiesbmb.com with the customer name, order number, photo of damaged or defective goods. 

All returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving your package, otherwise the sale is FINAL.

Falsies by MB is not responsible for covering the shipping cost for refunds. 

 

Due to health and safety reasons, we can only accept unused items in the original packaging. 

 

Cancelling an order

 

If you would like to cancel or change an order you’ve place, please email us at info@falsiesbymb.com as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate. Once the package has been processed or shipped the order cannot be cancelled.
